I had a lovely day selling T-shirts at Seaford Town Market yesterday. The sun was shining, the sea breeze was perfect, and the locals were in great spirits.

What made the day special wasn’t just the sales—it was the conversations. Several people stopped to chat about Jorhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pamela_Rookedan (Pamela Rooke). For those who don’t know, she was a legendary figure in the UK punk scene, a muse to the Sex Pistols, and an icon of the Blitz Kids era. Her style and attitude defined an era of rebellion and creativity.

I sold several Jordan T-shirts, and I’m thrilled to say that a portion of the proceeds has been donated to The Burmese Cat Club in her honour. It felt like the right way to celebrate her legacy—supporting animals and community, just as the punk scene supported its own.

It’s moments like this that remind me why I love running a market stall. It’s not just about commerce; it’s about connection. Sharing stories about the music and art that shaped us, and giving back to causes that matter.
If you missed me at Seaford, keep an eye on the shop online. And if you’re ever in town, come say hello. There’s always a story to share.
Rest in Peace, Jordan. Your spirit lives on.
